SSL problem

I already rised this topic and you proposed to try another browser. I did and in Firefox the site opened instantly. I do not mind doing this twice a month, but now the same error appeared with another, more important site.

This site canít provide a secure connection
sefer-li.netfirms.com uses an unsupported protocol.

I searched the last line in the web and found a lot of answers, but I am not enough techie to decide how to dabble in the system.
What can be the right way, if any. to resolve this error .

1. Delete Browser Cache and Cookies.

Browser cache and cookies are sometimes the first reason for all SSL Certificate related error, delete all the browser cookies and cache.

Depending on browser:

2. Remove Needless Add-ons and Extensions

Researchers found some Add-ons and Extensions which works behind the browser are the reasons of some errors, identify them remove all needless.

Internet Explorer

  • Click the Chrome Menu button (☰). ...
  • Find the add-on you want to disable. ...
  • Uncheck the "Enabled" box. ...
  • Click the Trashcan button if you want to uninstall the add-ons. ...
  • Reset Chrome to disable all add-ons at once. ...
If you are using chrome and it shows the error, you need to enable the TLS 3.0. Perform following options.

In URL type, chrome://flags
Search for TLS 1.3
If it is enabled (or default), then keep it as it is and close the window.
If it is not enabled, then hit the enable button.

Whitelist website in Firewall and Antivirus Software

If the website you are trying to access is blacklisted in your firewall or antivirus program, the browser will display the error. Check the Firewall and Antivirus software blacklists and whitelist the blocked website.

SSL problem

Thank you Devid@30 but the problem is not vital. It prevented me only checking the statistics of my site as supplied by the hosting company. But I found that if I enter the hostís page by Firefox, the stats link opens fine so it is now only two or three clicks more and I can check all the necessary data.
I believe that I made already all the adjustments proposed by you and Google still refuses. By the way I do not find TLS 1.3 or TLS 3.0 on the flags page.
Thanks anyway
