Angry how to clear this from start up?

I may have posted this before...if so, I'm posting again because any answers or tips I received didn't clear it up.

This blue window pops up at startup, every startup. The address bar reads: C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powersh ell.exe

How do I prevent it from ever showing up at startup again, short of throwing the blasted computer out in the road and running over it until the gas is gone in my truck????????

Run malware check.

It's much more likely that you have downloaded a malicious script file that is running using PowerShell.

Disable and re-enable Windows PowerShell

Type appwiz.cpl in Windows Start Search box > Click appwiz.cpl > Click Turn Windows features on or off > Scroll down to locate Windows PowerShell 2.0
Uncheck & OK > Reboot your computer > Once again repeat it and check this time > Reboot your computer
