Computer Powered Off and Won't Turn On

I was playing a video game on my computer, and it just shut down. The power went completely off. Now, it won't start/ turn on. I don't know what to do. My computer is a Dell XPS 8700, my OPS is Windows 10. About a month ago, I purchased a new graphics card and power supply. I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Could anybody give me some suggestions on what to do? I have absolutely no clue what to do. I'd appreciate any help that I can get.

Reach around the back and turn the power supply switch off, then back on. She if it turns on. So when you hit the power button nothing happens? No lights nothing?

You can always test the power supply with a paper clip. Done it a thousand times.
