IE Page Error When Trying To Reply

Hi
Here is my problem. When I use IE and am trying to post a reply in a MSN Group
then a blank page comes up and says error. If I use Mozilla Firefox and try to
reply then it gives me no text options, and I'm unable to paste or copy such as
adding graphics in the reply. Please help!
Thank You
Brianna

Perhaps I didn't explain things better, the Rich Text Editor does not work in Internet Explorer
or in Mozilla Firefox. Also, I've tried following the advice you gave somebody else in trying
to make these options work in Firefox but to no avail.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong that nobody has even answered yet...not sure if it just
takes longer then I was expecting or not. Please let me know. Thank You very much.

Quick Reply is a pefect example of what i'm trying to correct. You can change the font,
color, add link, urls, graphics. This is the exact think I am Unable to do in IE.
Please Help, I've tried everything I could when searching in Microsoft and also
in the posts here. I'm not very intelligent when it comes to pc's but I do think I
could follow precise intructions if somebody would be willing to help.
Thank You
Brianna

K, I thought about it and have figured perhaps I'm still not explaining what's going on...
Umm, ok even when I click on a link all that pops up is another IE window put it's completely
blank, then has a triangular error on page at the bottom. So, do you think it's a problem in my registry? I'd really appreciate any help you could give me, I would just format the hard drive but my friend created this monster and not sure it would be succesful.
Please Help?
Thank You, Brianna
