configuring my headphones mic

hi
heres the situation...im on windows 64 bits and the computer is an xps dell computer.i want to set up my computer so I don't have to use my keyboard.
I need to config the computer so I can use this ac 204 headphones..how do I
do this?whats the procedure?thanks

It is quite easy to setup Windows 10 for voice commands.

hi neal..I did all that and it still doesn't work..when I try to use it at say facebook the words aren't accurate and I cant hear my voice though the
headphones..or it doesn't work at all..i think if I used headphone with its own software it might work better but im not sure..
