Question Utilities for Linux?

I am trying to find out what utilities I use with this OS. When I had Win 7, I had SuperAntispyware to clean out cookies and spyware. But I seem to have trouble finding what works with LinuxMint. Everything seems to be for what I now call, "Windoze" Can someone direct me to what I can use? I also used CCleaner too.
