Question Can't see my ssd in file explorer

I recently upgraded my C drive ssd with a larger on. I then took the old one wiped it and installed it as an extra drive. Problem is, I cannot see it in file explorer to use. I can see in in disk management and my bios sees it. I formatted it, and still nothing. I used Mini tool partition tools to delete partitions and reformatted it making it a basic disk, MBR NTFS logical drive (after trying primary drive). with no joy. Not sure if I should make into a GPT disk, it wasn't prior. Need a little help figuring this out. I'm using Win 10 asus MB 16Gig RAM
