I need to extend my wifi range

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to get wifi to reach an out building behind my house. What is the best way to extend my router range about 300 feet to another building? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

300 ft.?
Run a cat.5 cable from your router to the out-building, plug it into a wifi router there.

The distance is greater than 300ft so I am afraid it would be pushing the limit for cat6

it is pushing the limit of 328 feet. you will still get internet but it will lag and not at full strength. you can go wireless using access points. someone else will have to help with that. I did see a lot of possible solutions doing a search using "need extend internet 300 feet" as search words.
