the right mic
hi I want to use some a mic that I can use to dictating my voice into the computer and not have to worry about typing of which I don't good well.

As you probably know there is a microphone connector on the top of the case, any microphone will work. It will use the intergrated Realtek ALC3861 Audio.
The latest driver is here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/us...esktop/drivers Just depends on how much you want to spend on the Microphone. Dictation only works through software. There are many out there; There is one "Free" one called Natural Reader Software https://www.naturalreaders.com/software.html But limited to PDF, Docx, TXT and ePub Several others listed here: https://merabheja.com/best-free-text-to-speech-tools/ Just do a search on Amazon and check the reviews for a good microphone.
