Cannot view TVcatchup

I cannot view tv catch up on my lap top. I get the following message "cannot load. H308:crossdomain access denied (2048). I thought that this might be something to do with my router but I can get it on my tablet.

It's probably due to either a) firewall blocking on the laptop or b) being blocked by a setting in your browser.

Have you tried watching using a different browser?
