Sad day for NZ

Our PM just resigned. In my opinion the best Prime Minister to ever lead this country..:upset:

I can only agree, she showed what a PM should be doing, and was a big wake-up to Australia, and helped us get rid of the ineffectual drone that we had.

I hope the new NZ PM, when appointed, can live up to the standard she set.

Good to see Chris Hipkins is getting out and spreading his legs this summer.

For the first time in many years I got an email notification of a reply to my comment in this thread.
I had thought that the service had been cancelled as other members had noticed the absence of emails also........... *stranger things *

Despite the spelling and grammatical errors: q.v.

A lot and allot are pronounced the same, but they have unrelated meanings.
  • A lot is used as a pronoun meaning “many” or “a great amount” and an adverb meaning “very much” or “often.”
  • Allot is a verb meaning “assign” or “distribute.”
  • Alot is sometimes mistakenly used instead of a lot. However, it isn’t a real word and should be avoided.
