Power Problem?
 

I have a desktop that once I turn off. I cannot immediately turn it back on. This seems to have been a problem for quite some time now but it has just gotten worse over time. I used to be able to flip the power on/off by the power cord in the back and unplug and plug in my power cord from my desktop to solve the problem. Now I have to wait about 30 minutes before it turns on. If I try to turn it on after I only wait about 10 minutes the lights turn on for a bit but the computer doesn't turn on. If I try immediately after it shuts off there are no lights on the desktop.

I haven't tried much else outside of blowing cool air to dust off my computer. I have also tried to unplug and plug in my exention cord.

The first thing I would do is make sure all your power connections are tight and secure. If they are, then swap in a spare/borrowed PSU and see if the problem persists.

I agree with Digerati.
These are classic symptoms of a power supply failing.
Try swapping out the PSU for a known good PSU of similar Wattage.

If the problem persists...
Try replacing the CMO batttery.
{Normally this is a CR2032, and only costs few dollars.}
I have come across some cases where the battery is not quite dead,
and causes the computer not to boot up, or causes it to boot up intermittently.

Looks like Digerati may be right... seems like the power cord wiggles a bit when connected to the PSU. I appreciate your help as always.
