Unable to run CHKDSK
I am unable run this CHKDSK/f as it keeps showing itis beingf used by another system but it isn,t.I have tried "selecting start on reboot but that doesnt work either

iPadAir won't turn on in settings
My iPadAir won't respond to the switch in Settings ,simply no response at all.The air plane mode responds to off position but wi fi switch is unresponsive.

how many processes do I need in background
Task manager shows I have 79 Background processes and 94 window processes is this the cause of my pc being so slow.They all show a very low useage but cumulatively they must add up to a lot.
