Edited: Please disregard. Problem fixed. Had the "Failed to connect to a windows service" error on my Windows 8.1 PC and looked for a fix. Fixed that and apparently, that fixed the system restore...

Chrome isn't opening up on windows

Edit: Please ignore and feel free to delete and my other thread about the system restore not working. Found a fix for both and now I can open Chrome and restore my system with no problems. Thanks.
