Your Safe Mode trick didn't work and so I even tried reinstalling the software from the CD. When it gets to installing the printer driver it still tells me to check my admin. rights....

I downloaded and uninstalled the 8.2 software but that did not restore my pointer schemes. I'm guessing that the pointer schemes are not a function of the Intellipoint software but come preinstalled...
