Open the task manager and click the Processes tab. Click View > Select Columns. Check PID (Process Identifier). Click OK. Click the Services tab. What is listed for PID 4?

For anyone wanting to have the Classic Start Menu on their Windows 7 box, there's a freeware application now available.. I've been running it for a couple of weeks now, and haven't had any problems.....
