most burners has a small round hole in the front of them, this is a release hole, put in a open paper clip and that will release the cd in the burner then shut it as tight as you can push it...

could you of shut off the sound in in bios? thats the first thing I would check, then after that reinstall the sound with the disk that came with your motherboard.

AOL has a way to mess up any other ISPs and its way to big for its own good, I spend up to a hour just to get rid of AOL even if you do a uninstall there still...

try this explore your c drive then find program files then windows NT then accessories see...
