Printer unspecified in W10
Hi Everyone,
I have a HP 2420 usb printer. In W10 it shows as unspecified. I have tried the troubleshooter as well as downloading the latest driver from HP but it still shows as unspecified. I have removed the device and added back as well. Anyone seen this issue before?
