Yep. I got a 'ps to usb converter' and 'Mint Cinnamon' worked fine with the usb keyboard. Of course I did not install it because the microsoft laptop only has 2 usb ports and that with a mouse would have cut me down to no flash stick holes.
So, my grand-daughter came to visit for a week (She starts uni next year). Her laptop packed it in while she was doing her homework, so I gave her it to use. She likes windows 10 and was wrapped in the computer so I gave it to her. And, I went back to my Toshiba KIRA dual-boot.
Apparently while she was flying back to the USA she checked all around the airports and the plane to see who else could afford a Microsoft laptop.
