I have a Samsung RW 32-10-40, that used to work, UNTIL!! I restored back to factory specs. I did not unplug the RW. the "add hardware" on the control panel does not find it. nothing on my computer either. I re-restored, this time unplugging the RW. Same problem??

What do I need to do to make it work agian???

The machine is a Compact with Windows ME.
