Some extensions that provide privacy protection:-

Add N Edit Cookies. - Cookie Editor that allows you add and edit session and saved cookies.

Cookie Button - A Firefox Toolbar button that allows easy access to the cookie permissions of the site currently being viewed. This can be used to whitelist sites by disabling cookies and then use this button to set exceptions.

Cookie Toggle - Creates a simple toolbar button that controls cookie behavior (on or off). The extension also remembers whether cookies are only allowed from the originating site.

Cookie Culler - CookieCuller is a modified Cookie Manager which allows you to protect cookies you want to keep and quickly delete the rest.

'X' extension - x adds a toolbar button from which you can quickly clear privacy sensitive data, specifically: history, form info, saved passwords, download history, cookies, and the cache (both disk and in memory cache).

X Kiosk - xKiosk provides a toolbar button (which you can place wherever you wish via View > Toolbars > Customize... - it's labelled "Paranoia") from which you can quickly clear privacy sensitive data, specifically: history, form info, saved passwords, download history, cookies, and the cache (both disk and in memory cache). When you click the button you are asked to confirm the action, after which all the data is cleared. It is expected that this could be useful in web kiosks (hence the name).

Password Scrambler - Password Scrambler is a browser add-on that allows you to automatically generate secure, hard-to-guess passwords for every site you visit, based on a master password of your choice. It achieves this by uniquely "scrambling" your password for every site you visit. Password Scrambler helps you address problems related to using the same password in multiple sites, a practice that results in security vulnerabilities.

The Cleaner - This extension allows you to clean any of the following:
- History
- Saved Form Information
- Saved Passwords
- Download Manager History
- Cookies
- Cache
- Address Bar

The cleaning can be done via any of the following:
- Toolbar Button
- Statusbar Button
- Context Menu Entry

A confirmation box can be optionally displayed before any cleaning is done.

A few more to mull over!

Cheers
