Been given a Chinese brand EZbook to look at (Jumper Tech) its owner is a worlds deleter person, I am unable to get into Win 10.
It will always say wrong password, pin numbers are not available due to some internal security setting.

I can get into the Bios but not sure what I can do from there, it has no normal type hard disk so I can't examine it etc.

Can you give me some help please..............
