Good day Ned
Apparently those mini conferences are a bit of a dag. As soon as your allocated time is up everyone starts clapping if you had finished or not...

You got it, the secret is in the planning, get finished just before the clapping starts.

Tux - We need a small person, or several small persons to volunteer to walk around the mall in a penguin suit.
I like this idea, and could I also suggest that you have a dedicated machine running Tux Paint and one of the children doing the demonstrations.

I'll never forget visiting my daughter some years ago when my granddaughter was five, and having her teach me how to use Tux Paint (she has learnt in preschool), I have a computer science degree, but had never come across Tux Paint, and there I was with a five year old showing me the ins and outs of it.

We have the Tux uniform and we used to have a little girl to go in it but she went and grew up
I can't agree more (this is three if you are counting) tux paint is a totally neat application that Granddads just love to show or learn from the kids. When you compare it with other "paint" applications it just shines.... :XD
