S4 galaxy phone and FBI message
My Grandson's smart phone is locked and has some type of message from FBI, to unlock he must pay 500.00.
Anyone know how to fix this? He was in tears when he told me last night ...one of his friend did it when he left the room.  I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum...when I did a quick search nothing popped up. Thanks!!

I've not done this so I can't guarantee if it will work, but if it does please come back and let us know.
