Intel Core i5 9400F BIOS Question

My new system is as follows:

ASUSTeK PRIME H310M-E2.0
Intel Core i5 9400F @ 2.90Ghz
16 GBytes DDR4 DRAM Latency 1200.8 MHz
Radeon RX 570 Series 8 GBytes GDDR5
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO CPU Cooler
GameMax Gamboge Mid Tower Gaming Case
Antec NeoECO Modular 650W Semi-Modular PSU
Arctic F12 Case Fan
Dell UltraSharp 24 inch Monitor U2412M
Windows 10 Pro + Ubuntu
Samsung SSD 840 Pro Series SATA 119.24GB
WDC WD 15EVDS-68V9B0 SATA 1.36 TB
WDC WD20EARX-00PASb0 SATA 1.82TB
WDC WD2002FAEX-007BA0 SATA 1.82 TB

I was hoping to install Virtualbox and run Ubuntu inside it rather than dual boot with W10.

However, my supplier has cast doubt as to whether my hardware can do this.
I believe there are some minor BIOS changes required but not sure.

Be grateful if someone could tell me what changes I need to make or alternatively, if that'snot possible, is there another option I could look at rather than Virtualbox which would work to avoid dual booting.

Thanks
