Exclamation help, Control Panel's Add or Remove programs can't remove this program...
there this program i have that i think installed itself or something into my pc.
its named "Windows Safety Alert", but its connected to this blinking icon on my task bar, the icon looks like a blue circle with a "?" mark. and whenever i click or right click it, it brings me to this site: http://www.spylocked.com/?aff=334
how can i get rid of it? i got HJT logs if needed.

Try RemoveIT Pro
It sounds like a trojan infection.

Firstly, try downloading and running RemoveIT Pro from www.incodesolutions.com Its free and usually sorts these things out.

Yep, you need to download antivirus, anti-spyware and set up a firewall.

Then you need to switch to firefox for web browsing.

If you spend a few minutes reading the sticky posts here, I'm sure you'll find some recommendations.
