In Add/Remove Programs, near the top there is a checkbox for "Show updates." Click that box to check it and the updates will show in the list.

In the beginning of the Windows folder are all the uninstalls. You don't really see updates installed anywhwre anymore.

If they are not in the beginning of the windows folder, if you do not have them in the add remove, then they must be gone.

I noticed in one of your previous threads you may have had to do a restore. (not sure did not read the thread) If you did the updates before doing a restore, then you lost them and you will have to start from scratch with the updates. .

If you are concerned about being updated, go to the windows update site and do an update. If nothing is updated, then your system should be okay.

Restore should not remove updates, Repair would.

Angry And By Bythe Way ...yes I Did A Lot Of Restores Recently

Could Restoring My Machine To An Earlier Point Remove My Updates If I Did Them Before Restoring??!!!

If So This Is Scarry...i Will Think Alot Before Doing That Again....

Look in your c:\windows\$hf_mig$ folder. Are your updates listed there ? If so, then you can click each one>update>update and hopefully reinstall them.

A Security Update and a Hotfix are more or less the same thing. The exact definitions of both, as Microsoft uses the words, are on this Microsoft page.

No you need to own a legitimate copy of Windows to do that.. People who work for a living, have a right to be paid if they work in software also.
