Internet Explorer problems

Everytime i try to open Internet Explorer i get this message in a pop up box.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library (title)

Runtime Error!

Program C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Has anyone had this problem?
I know using Firefox will fix the problem. Which i do use it. But my parent's will only use IE.

1st thing to do is clear the internet cache IE Tools | Internet Options delete files.

Then go here download and run:lspfix
