I have managed to register and sign in and out again so the problem must be on your pc
Perhaps Degsy has some idea

the only thing i can suggest is going into tools > internet options and click in advanced restore defaults

JRun is an easy-to-use web server "plugin" that allows you to deploy Java Servlets and JavaServer Pages.

Im not sure whether this will help
Jrun is a plug in.. so try tools manage add ons and disable it if it is there
then try again

if it is not there try updating java from here
