problem installing FLASH (setup could not find plugins directory

Hi,
I was attempting to use a website and it told me that I needed FLASH 8 in order to view. I had the website, I went and downloaded it (I think it was from ADOBE SHOCKWAVE). I downloaded and when I tried to install, it gave the message 'SETUP COULD NOT FIND PLUGINS DIRECTORY'. Any ideas what is going on? When I use the 'HELP' area on the 'CYBERTECHHELP.com' it works just fine.
The website I am trying to use is www.marthastewart.com under the KB HOME giveaway entry area.

Thanks for any help.
