Help HiJacked Computer

Whenever I open a web site many more windows open, 20 or more, when I close them all 20 more open up. I did a free online scan and they found two virus. They are swizzor.gen.a and generic Qhost.c. Here is my hijack this log file. Will someone please review and give me some advice. Thank you.

Hello,

Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and uninstall Window Search (if present). You will be given a security code to insert, do so and reboot when done.

If the entry is not there, run the below uninstallers (If your AV queries the download, allow it. It's not malicious).

After the reboot I would also like to see another kind of scan, download Silent Runners to your desktop. Run it, and post back here the log it creates. If your AV queries the script, allow it to run. It's not malicious. It will create a file named Startup Programs, and will notify when the scan is complete. Copy the log from the Startup Programs file back here.

Please post back a fresh HijackThis log along with the Silent Runners report.
