How to solve "Windows - Drive Not Ready"

This keeps popping up no matter what, so it leaves me the option of notclosing it.

Any help on how to fix this is appreciated.

Go to device manager & see what drives show up there & see if you have any flags.. Let us know..

Can you boot into windows at all? Do you have a flag by that CD/DVD drive? If so uninstall it & reboot..

Yes, I am at windows fine. Its just that it keeps popping up if i close it. So what I do is put it on the side.

I have no more X's or flags in device manager.

I mean the pop-up dialogue: http://i14.tinypic.com/6oc5h4z.jpg.
That one just pops-up if I cancel or close it. So I just drag the dialogue box along the side so it does not "block my view".
