How to solve "Windows - Drive Not Ready"
This keeps popping up no matter what, so it leaves me the option of notclosing it.

Go to device manager & see what drives show up there & see if you have any flags.. Let us know..

Can you boot into windows at all? Do you have a flag by that CD/DVD drive? If so uninstall it & reboot..

Yes, I am at windows fine. Its just that it keeps popping up if i close it. So what I do is put it on the side.
I have no more X's or flags in device manager. |

I mean the pop-up dialogue: http://i14.tinypic.com/6oc5h4z.jpg.
That one just pops-up if I cancel or close it. So I just drag the dialogue box along the side so it does not "block my view". |
