Thunderbird will not install
I am running Windows 10 Home, 64 bit. Last month I installed Thunderbird to transition from Windows Mail. This past weekend I had a crash with the
BSOD. I suspect it occurred during an auto update. I was finally able to get the computer up and running by using a System Image from 5/27/18. This was pre-Thunderbird install. Of course I lost any data for the past two+ months including Thunderbird. When I try to reinstall Thunderbird (any version) I get "This app will not run on this computer" error. |

Disregard. Fixed it myself. No help here.

I keep my mail folders all backed up. I have one personal folder that gets backed up on two externals. In that folder is a subfolder called mail, where Thunderbird points to for all my mail folders. Anything happens, I got a copy of any mail account's mail folder (inbox, sent, subfolder, etc) to fall back on.

There was no help here, probably because no one could help! Can you post what you had to do, to fix the problem? This Forum is a Help Forum, and your posting how you solved the problem may help others in the future.

Thanks MishY, although I'm not holding my breath, waiting to hear about what resolved the problem.
