Rundll32.exe error HELP

PC crashes everytime I switch users and gets hung up trying to close rundll32.exe when powering down. Also, i get a random red screen with "FOXCONN" at boot-up during system check. I posted this problem on the Cyber Safety forum, ran Spybot, Adware6, LSPFix, CW Shredder..but still haven't solved the problems. Sorry to post in two places but i think that all the help they can offer, because no one is replying to me now.
