unable to connect

Just after I got windowsxp SP2, I found I was unable to connect to streaming media online (such as ifilm.com). I've checked all the obvious options such as preferences ( i use netscape), played with the SP2 firewall options to no avail. I'm sure other people have had or are having these problems, but I need to figure this out.

i've also used spyware doctor and an antivirus program to get rid of all the malware on the computer, and now its clean, but im still having trouble connecting.

Streaming media says "connecting..." and "Reconnecting" for WM player, and for quicktime it says i do nt have the plugin, which i do have. thats probably got something to do with it too.

Its also not allowing me to connect to p2p networks such as kazaa.

Just for troubleshooting, try it with Internet Explorer, I have had problems with Mozilla not being able to do things that I.E. has no problems with.

internet connectivity

hey--This could help. I found two great places that can help you get your PDA connected to the Internet. If you want to do it manually it might take some time. If you are up for it Geekzone has a good tutorial that helps you configure and share the internet by using your Bluetooth enabled desktop or notebook with internet access as an internet gateway for your iPAQ Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 2003:

Otherwise you can get software that does it for you. This is what I have found to be the easiest way:
