bluetooth no go

Hi i recently installed win10 on my Fujitsu laptop and now find i cannot use bluetooth to transfer files or images between laptop and my Samsung S-5260 mobile. I turn search on but they fail to find each other. Also i note my fone has gone awol from the list of devices on this lappy. Any idea on how to fix this problem please.

I have the same problem. I can't seem to find the old bluetooth manager that Windows 7 had.

  1. Turn on your Bluetooth audio device and make it discoverable.
    The way you make it discoverable depends on the device. Check the device or visit the manufacturer's website to learn how.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your PC if it's not on already. To do this, on the taskbar, select action center  > Bluetooth.
  3. In action center, select Connect > the device name.
or
  1. Turn on your device and make it discoverable.
  2. Go to Start , then select Settings  > Devices > Bluetooth.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth > select the device > Pair.
  4. Follow any more instructions if they appear.
