Question MS Money 2006

Hi
Having used MS Money 2006 with no problems for 18 months, today I got a dialogue box on opening the programme stating "Internet based services policy" a whole load of words and an option to "accept" or "decline". Pressing accept then opens a error dialogue box saying "Unable to load registration library (dll)". Clicking OK then terminates Money without actually opening it at all! Any thoughts on whats happening here and how I can get around it?
Thanks
Ballan

Just for reference I emailed Microsoft. Below is their reply and I can confirm that it worked for me!
This issue may occur if the registration information key has been removed from the Microsoft Windows registry. We may refer to the following article:

Hence, we need to remove and reinstall the program to resolve this issue. We can reinstall each of them by going the following steps. Thank you for your understanding.

Note: Please save all the Money data files (*.mny and *.mbf files) in a save
location in case we need to restore them later.

Step 1. Remove Money 2006 from the "Add or Remove Programs" list.
==============
1. Please click Start, click "Control Panel", and double-click "Add or Remove Programs".
2. Please highlight Microsoft Money 2006, and remove it.
3. Locate the following folders:

<drive>:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Money

<drive>:\Program Files\Microsoft Money 2006

Note: <drive> means the disk where Money 2006 is installed.

Please right click on each folder, click Rename, add "old" at the end of the folder name, and then press Enter. We should now have "Money old" and "Microsoft Money 2006 old" folders instead.

Step 2. Double-check if the following registry key folders have been removed.
===============
Note: before we start, please read the following Knowledge Base article:

HOW TO: Back Up, Edit, and Restore the Registry in Windows XP and Windows Server
2003
http://support.microsoft.com/default...B;EN-US;322756

1. Please click Start, and click Run. Type "regedit" (without quotation marks), and
then click OK.
2. Registry Editor will start. Please locate the following folders in the left pane of the registry editor:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Money
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Money
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Money System Pack

3. If they exist, right-click them one by one and click Delete.

Step 3. Reinstall Money
