Here is the answer:

If you said Middle Of North America In Canada you are correct!

Winnipeg is East of Brandon.

Howdy:

Just wondering where you got your information from??

The Geographical Center of North America is located in Rugby, North Dakota -

When you stand in the middle of the community of Baker Lake you are at the geographical center of Canada.

Your question is not quite right, for lack of a better word. This is how it should be worded.

"Where is the city of Winnipeg located?"

You have "city" capitalized as if it was being used in the same sense as Quebec City. I just picked the option that was correct in a sense. Although, as someone has just explained, Winnipeg is not the center of North America.

Wouldn't you have to go north from Washington to get there? [maybe not directly north but north nevertheless?]

Technically, none of those answers are correct although North of Washington, DC would be the closest.. More to the extreme north-west actually !!
