Etch is super awesome. I love it. This is fvwm-crystal, a super light weight window manager. Great, fast, beautiful.

After looking closely that is, quite literally, my desktop. LOL Those are my screen names logged in and my conversations. Heh. That was from 2003-2004 when I was still living in Vancouver. Heh. I was messing around with KNoppix and I fell in love with that cat.

Perhaps you uploaded the wrong screen shot. I probably sent that one to you.

Here is my fresh desktop. There isn't much to it, but I am sure that will change over time.

Those things look pretty neat. I should really post a new desktop. That last one I posted is no more. I think I have reformatted twice, if not three times since then.

Suse 10.2.
Got the TV,DVD,Wireless and network printer all working on this.
XGL 3D desktop doesn't work.
Makes the title bars disappear and manages to corrupt my hard drive.
I like the applications menu.
I can actually find the programs.
Transparent taskbar,cool.

FreeBSD-6.1 running fluxbox, dual monitor

Here is my FreeBSD setup, after I recently got my nvidia geforce 5500 working with dual head support. I'm using it with the Xinerama (stretched, single desktop) option off, and the result is I have two separate screens. Its pretty nice, the only thing I don't like so far is the inability to set separate wallpapers on both setups. I have a sneaking suspicion there is an option somewhere in fbsetroot or hsetroot that will allow me to specify which display to use, but have been unable to find it yet. If anyone knows, definitely let me know.
