Cool Sharing files within network...

Hello, this might seem like a very basic question... but how can i share files between computers within my network? Can I do it with any router or must it be designed with that feature? i see all of the newer routers in the store mentioning that capability on the box, but my router is about 5 yrs. old. i plan to get a brand new setup soon, but for now, im trying to work with what i have.

I have googled this with many different ways of wording the same question and could not find an easy solution or direct answer. im not looking for any fancy way of doing it, or a way in need of "l33t" vb skills. I am just looking for the simple ability to find and copy a file from one computer to another, simple enough, right? i seem to have a difficult time with this. Is there a special utility that you would reccomend, or can i just have a shared file setup?

-I have dsl
-speedstream generic modem
-router: Microsoft Broadband Networking Wireless Base Station | MN-700
-1 administrator wired to router, with two wireless clients.
-My wireless adapter card: Microsoft Wireless PCI Adapter MN-730
-OS: Win XP SP2
-IP: 192.168.2.3
-Default gateway: 192.168.2.1
-Ping: Yes

If i missed or was too vague on any details, let me know.

also, if there are already instructions like the ones im requesting already on the web, please feel free to copy and paste the link to save us all time

Thanks!
