Again thanks so much for your help and from others, Yeah, you got me by a few years, glad you are still kicking, ha ha. I see where they force you out after shutting your site down, IBM did the same to me when they sold site to Lexmark.
Anyway a old workmate of mine ask his young (early fifties) friend to look at my pc, according to him he did almost step by step what you have suggested. IT WORK !!!!
I am up and running again.
Thank you and others for the time you spent and the willingness to help, will recommend this site to my friendsm the few still living, ha ha.

Glad to hear that you're up, and running again. Just be careful what sites you visit on that old computer.

Will do, thanks again for your effort and help. I do have Avast for security, hopefully they are pretty good, been using them a few years. Yeah pc is old, am using all the info I got on this site as base to buying new one.

Thanks again, looks like what I need is around $500, or so.
