Hello dues how are you??

Today I was curious what an entry is in LOCAL MACHINE..

The key is

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PocketSoft

I tried to look this up and I dont have the program (UBI SOFT) I do have the file it references "patchw32.dll" (In windows Directory (Created 2001 sometime)) -- Its some game???

Can I delete the entry?? I was gonna delete it and see if things are ok.......

Always trying to keep the reg clean

Ubisoft is a French company that publishes games so, yes, the entry probably has something to do with a game.

Thank you Miz......

Must have been put on here before we got the computer..... (We got it from a computer repair shop and it was in quite bad shape... They hadnt treated her well...... I brought her along way since I got her)

EDIT:

I deleted the entry and the couple keys which referenced that DLL file (Which also had POCKETSOFT as the company in the file description) and the DLL file itself also.....

I dunno why I didnt notice this and delete it a few years ago when I started cleaning.. (I guess I did but it didnt dawn on me it wasnt needed)
