Talking SOLVED: Itunes causes an "emergency restart"

Whenever I try to use Quicktime player on my computer, my computer does an "emergency restart". This includes when I try to view movies from the web with their plugin and through itunes. Any help would be appreciated.

The problem has escalated now that I have installed Itunes 7. Now this same problem occurs when I try to listen to a song. Here is the error report info:

EDIT: Problem solved, I needed to disable my SoundMAX audio driver
