Installing Microsoft Works Suite 2003

I have installed MS Works Suite 2003. But, I do have one very big problem. Whenever I start up MS Works Launcher, it takes me to all the different tasks available (household management, email and internet, et al). However, whenever I click on either "Letters&Labels" and "Newsletters&Flyers", the ONLY option presented to me is "internet postage". I can not compose a letter, an envelope, flyers. I have installed it twice, uninstalled it once and then reinstalled it. The result is the same as the above. I am baffled. Any help would be appreciated.
