Unhappy Search Extender, Home Search Assist & Shopping Wizard Problems!

Can Someone please help me get rid of (Search Extender, Home Search Assistance & Shopping Wizard) When I try to remove them from the Add & Remove Program it take me to http://looking-for.cc/uninstal/searchextender.html I've ran spybot, ad-aware, HiJack This, About Buster & NAV but when I reboot it's right back. Please Help Me. Here is my latest (HJT Log)

Double click : Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Helper
1->Stop it 2->Disable it.

Download About:Buster.
Unzip it -> run it -> click "Check for updates", download them.
Do not click "Start" yet.

Click "Fix checked".

Make sure that you can see the hidden files and folders and delete :

Empty the recycle bin.

Still in safe mode, run TWICE About:Buster ("Start", now).
