Programs Minimizing and unkown program box in task bar

When I was playing Civilization 4 it started minimizing in the middle of the game. I asked my dad about this and he said it is just some DLL file or part of the program that isn't closing properly. I was satisfied with this answer until it happened in a new game that I just installed on my computer. I have already ran McAffee AntiVirus scan and nothing has come up. I have also ran SpyBot Search and Destroy, Microsfot AntiSpyware, and my firewall is up to date.

I started an anti virus scan on my computer while I was typing this after updating and just now a box appeared in the task bar for just under a second that was not named. The icon in the box was the generic white box icon. At the time it appeared I wasn't runnying any programs besides my usual computer security programs at the time the bar appeared. Could it be a virus or a legitamate program trying to access the internet that I have blocked in my firewall? Also, this has only been going on for the last 7 days or so which is about the amount of time that I have had QuickTIme installed on my computer and the iTunes so I could access some videos on line on some movie trailer site. Since the program never worked for some reason I am going to go ahead and delete it.

Here a copy of my HijackThis -v1.99.1 results.

I uninstalled iTunes and the problem is still going on. Please help!! I need to make sure my computer is secure and I would rather not have to do a complete re-instal.

Any idea of what the problem might be? I am starting to think that the problem is connected to iTunes not being installed properly because I keep getting a notice that a Startup Registry has been allowed by Spybot for iTunes. I tried to find the remenants of iTunes but I am having trouble getting rid of them. They show up in a search but when I tried to actually delete them, I got some error message.

What I would suggest,is that you reinstall iTunes and the uninstall it again. If that fails to help try the guys in the XP forum as they may have some other ideas on fixing the problem.
