Fixed the link. Works now.

I remember using Encarta. Vaguely. I won't miss it but some will surely moan about it's passing.

Some schools still use it, but I think the service should have stayed free.

I think alot of Microsoft's services use to be free, now they just wanna make money off them.

You don't have to go to Encarta to learn something.

There's:
About.com
Wikipedia.com
CyberTech, Forums
...and many others

Who knows if there isn't better sites than Encarta, and free.

Some services are just better to have advertising revenue and donations if needed.

Although they would have to give people a good reason to buy the software, hmm.
