Smile Help me read Hijack logs

Hello everyone.
As of late, essentially every post contains a hijack this log. It seems that many people know how to read them and know what things need to be fixed, and I would like to learn also.

Can someone help me learn? I'd like to know,
1) where you send people to download it, as it seems there are a billion different places to get it.

2) There seems to be a lot of cases where it is suggested they either download LSpfix or Cwshredder...how do you know when they are infected by these certain problems and when they need to get those things.

3) i've read http://hjt.wizardsofwebsites.com/ and it has helped me read logs, is that basically all you have to do to detirmine which things need to go?

Also any other helpful hints.

I feel that the more people that know how to read HIjack this logs, the better CTH will be.

Thanks,
-Enat

As for downloading the program, I usually paste a link to http://tomcoyote.com/hjt/ as it contains a brief guide to the program.

Ofcourse, you can also donwload the file from CyberTechHelp
