Streaming video static and annoying interference
it seems that whenever I view streaming video files on my browser I get this weird, white and scratchy interference that's just plain annoying. what could be causing this and how can I stop it? I can't show you because whenever I try and capture a still the interference goes away. but it looks like some sort of codec glitch.
