I'm assuming these files are already saved (otherwise you could use the "Save As" function) so it seems to me that this really a Send To option that you are looking for.
It's not hard to do and we dont need to edit your registry. Create shortcuts to your frequently used folders and drag the shortcuts into the Send To folder. The quickest way to do this, is to hit your Windows and r keys on your keyboard and type: Shell:sendto The Send To folder will open and you can just drag your shortcuts into it. |

AnnMarie - thanks for this 'shortcut' to get to the 'sendto' folder! I've usually 'drilled down' folders in Windows Explorer (a pain!) - will certainly use your suggestion in the future - Dave
